Common questions

Both are available. For smaller environments (under 50 users) we can run most of the audit remotely using screen shares and questionnaires. Larger environments and physical data centres benefit from an on-site visit — included in the audit price.
Yes. For Infrastructure Projects we source hardware from Dell EMC, HPE, Cisco and other vendors at commercial rates. You can also supply your own hardware and we configure it — we adjust the project price accordingly.
AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud for public cloud. We also work with VMware and on-premise virtualisation. For UAE data-residency requirements we can architect solutions hosted in UAE-based regions on Azure and AWS.
In most cases, yes. We use staged migration windows with parallel-run periods so your systems remain live throughout. The exceptions are legacy applications that require a maintenance window — we plan these for lowest-impact times and agree them with you in advance.
We manage the vendor warranty claim and coordinate replacement. Physical hardware replacement cost is not included — vendor warranties cover parts. For critical spares, we can advise on a hot-spare programme at an additional cost.
The base price of AED 4,500/month covers up to 25 users. Each additional 25-user block adds AED 3,500/month. For over 200 users, we move to a custom enterprise agreement with volume pricing.
Remote support and monitoring are included. On-site visits are available at AED 350/hour (within Dubai) or quoted for other emirates. Businesses in the Dubai/Abu Dhabi corridor can add a monthly on-site visit block at a fixed fee.
